Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, consensual, safe, and responsible use of AISeedance25 and AI-generated video.

Last updated: 2026-07-23

Use AISeedance25 lawfully, safely, and with respect for other people and their rights. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, generated media, publication, and downstream use.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate or sexualized imagery
  • Exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or credible threats
  • Deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, or fabricated evidence
  • Targeted harassment, doxxing, or hateful abuse
  • Instructions or media that materially facilitate violent wrongdoing
  • Malware, credential theft, or unauthorized system access
  • Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Unlawful surveillance or biometric profiling
  • Attempts to bypass safeguards, quotas, payment controls, or provider policies

Likeness and consent

Obtain appropriate consent before using a recognizable person's face, voice, or identity. Do not represent generated media as an authentic statement or event when doing so would mislead an audience.

Rights in uploads

Only upload material you own, license, or are otherwise permitted to use. Do not upload confidential information unless the current privacy and provider-transfer notices meet your requirements.

Enforcement

AISeedance25 may block a request, remove public content, restrict an account, preserve evidence, or terminate access when necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, comply with law, or satisfy upstream provider rules. Serious or repeated violations may be acted on without prior notice.

Use the Contact page to report abuse and include the relevant URL or task identifier.
