Editorial Policy

AISeedance25 publishes model guides, prompt education, workflow comparisons, and original tests. Our standard is to make the source, status, date, and limitation of an important claim visible.

Evidence labels

Two label sets are used on this site. Claim status labels are attached to atomic claims that appear in machine-readable form - in the Seedance 2.5 Verified Facts registry, in JSON-LD Claim nodes, and in the llms.txt discovery file. Editorial devices are prose tools used inside articles.

Claim status labels

• Provider confirmed - stated as a factual claim in official provider material (for example, a release date announced by the ByteDance Seed team). The claim has a primary source URL.
• Provider described - a capability, figure, or specification the provider describes but that AISeedance25 has not independently reproduced. Marketing figures such as an unverified prompt-adherence percentage sit here.
• Available on AISeedance25 - exposed and working in the live configured service on this workspace. Establishes that the feature actually exists in the product, without a quality judgment.
• Independently tested by AISeedance25 - reproduced in a documented AISeedance25 test with the full test record (prompt, references, settings, attempts, selection method, cost, generation time, measured file properties, and observed failures across attempts). This is the strongest label; a single successful attempt is not sufficient.
• Trademark disclosure - an identity or ownership statement about a third-party mark used to describe the topic, distinguishing AISeedance25 from the trademarked product it discusses.
• Anti-scam disclosure - an explicit statement about what AISeedance25 does and does not sell, published to prevent user confusion with fraudulent operations that claim official Seedance 2.5 authorization.

Editorial devices

• Editorial inference - a conclusion drawn from disclosed evidence, labeled as such in the prose. Editorial inferences are not attached to atomic claims in the machine registry; they live inside articles and are used sparingly for judgments that follow from the recorded evidence but do not have a direct primary source.

Evidence hierarchy

We prefer primary documentation, live product behavior, downloaded-file inspection, and reproducible tests. Competitor marketing and anonymous summaries are not sufficient evidence for a material technical or commercial claim.

Comparisons

Comparisons disclose model/version, date, account tier, prompt, inputs, settings, attempts, selection method, cost, time, measured output, rubric, and limitations. We do not publish a universal winner when performance varies by use case.

AI-assisted writing

Automation may assist research organization, drafting, or quality checks. A human editorial owner remains responsible for factual review, sources, disclosures, and publication. We do not scale pages merely to capture keyword variations.

Conflicts and affiliation

AISeedance25 is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance, Dreamina, or CapCut. Commercial relationships, affiliate links, or sponsored placements will be disclosed near the relevant content if introduced.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected promptly. Time-sensitive pages show an updated or verified date. Send a correction through the Contact page with the URL, disputed statement, and supporting source.

Corrections log

Material changes to published pages are recorded here in reverse-chronological order. Formatting adjustments, non-material rewording, and typo fixes are not logged.

• 2026-08-11 - The AISeedance25 workspace added a Seedance 2.5 generation surface using independent provider-backed infrastructure, covering five workflows (text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, video edit, and video extend). This changes the "available on AISeedance25" claims: the Verified Facts registry (available-models, provider-backed-routing, anti-scam-disclosure) and the llms.txt / llms-full.txt "Where to Access Seedance 2.5" sections now state that AISeedance25 supports Seedance 2.5 generation without selling ByteDance authorized access. Homepage copy, the FAQ, the pillar page, and the model descriptions now distinguish the marketing generator (Seedance 2.0 family) from the provider-backed Seedance 2.5 workspace.
• 2026-08-06 - Homepage hero copy and meta description corrected to remove language that overstated the AISeedance25 workspace's Seedance 2.5 access. The prior text ("Try Seedance 2.5 free - generate 30-second 4K videos from text or images, no watermark. New users get 2 free credits.") conflated the ByteDance Seedance 2.5 model with the AISeedance25 workspace, which currently routes Seedance 2.0, Fast, and Mini. The revised hero identifies the workspace scope directly. The Verified Facts registry entry signup-credits was updated from 2 credits to 20 credits to reflect the current signup grant, and the landing.faq.free.answer copy was updated to match. The landing.faq.watermark question, which was already in the source translations, was added to the visible homepage FAQ so watermark expectations are stated on the page rather than only in machine-readable form. Also on this date: the sameAs list on the Organization schema was reduced by removing a personal-account GitHub link that did not identify the AISeedance25 brand; blog article author schema was changed from an inline duplicate Organization to an @id reference to the shared Organization node so accumulated E-E-A-T signals attach to a single entity; the /blog list page received a CollectionPage + ItemList + BreadcrumbList schema graph; and the AI-preference declaration in robots.txt was changed from ai-train=no to ai-train=yes and given explicit named-agent Allow blocks for the major AI crawlers.
• 2026-07-23 - Initial editorial policy published.
