These Terms govern access to AISeedance25. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable checkout terms.

Independent service

AISeedance25 is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance, Dreamina, or CapCut. Third-party models and providers may have separate terms, restrictions, availability, and service changes.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict access to protect the service or enforce policy.

Credits and generation

Credits are service units, not money and not automatically equivalent to a video. Cost may vary by configuration. The applicable cost and task terms are shown before submission. Generated results are probabilistic and may contain errors or unwanted material.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Paid terms, billing interval, entitlements, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are shown at checkout. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy and non-waivable law. Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account restriction.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in your inputs and outputs, subject to provider terms and law. You grant AISeedance25 the limited rights needed to process requests, store files, deliver results, secure the service, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and consent required for uploads and use.

Prohibited conduct

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not bypass limits, probe systems without authorization, interfere with service operation, misuse other accounts, or use generated media unlawfully or deceptively.

Availability and changes

Models, providers, prices, credits, controls, and features may change. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably required. Provider descriptions do not guarantee availability on AISeedance25.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or factual advice. Review outputs before use. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or provider restrictions.
