Refund Policy
Understand AISeedance25 cancellation, duplicate-charge, failed-task, credit, and refund handling.
Last updated: 2026-07-23
Paid checkout is not enabled until AISeedance25 verifies provider costs, entitlements, support, and refund handling. This policy applies when paid products become available and is subject to the exact terms shown at checkout.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the billing area when subscriptions are enabled. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access and unused benefits may continue until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.
Refund eligibility
We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges reported promptly, and charges where the purchased entitlement was not delivered because of an AISeedance25 error. A refund is not automatic for used credits, completed generations, dissatisfaction with a generative result, policy enforcement, or a change of mind after substantial use.
Failed tasks and credits
Failed generation tasks follow the credit-reversal rule displayed in the live product. A credit reversal is not the same as a cash refund. Keep the task identifier so support can review provider status and the ledger.
Requesting a review
Use the Contact page or signed-in support area. Include the account email, transaction identifier, date, amount, product, and reason. Do not send full payment credentials. Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge unless local law requires another period.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. Taxes, exchange-rate differences, and provider fees are handled as required by law and the checkout terms.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
